School Improvement Council
You are invited to make a difference in your local community and school by joining Bluffton High School’s School Improvement Council (SIC).
Meetings are held the first Thursday of every month at 6:oopm in Room 1120 or virtually via Zoom
What does the SIC do?
- Provide input and feedback during the development of the school’s five-year renewal plan and annual updates.
- Assist in the implementation of school improvement programs and activities.
- Monitor and report progress in the annual SIC Report to the Parents.
- Serve as a liaison between the school, its organizations, and the Beaufort County School Board of Education.
Besides monitoring and advising the school improvement process, our SIC sponsors drop-out prevention and business-partnership projects. All school improvement council meetings are open to the public. To be the best, we could use your help.
